While acute left heart failure , there is sharp decline in cardiac output and there is increased in heart load , and significantly increased the left ventricular end-diastolic pressure and pulmonary venous hypertension , resulting in pulmonary interstitial and alveolar edema with complicated of acute respiratory failure .

急性左心衰时，、由于心排出量的急剧下降和或心脏前后负荷明显增加，使左心室舒张末期压和肺静脉压增高，导致肺间质和肺泡水肿，常致不同程度的低氧血症。
